Coaching begins with in-depth assessment of the leader’s career path, current role, and business imperatives and goals. Understanding career drivers and personality dynamics enables us to map the interface of person-role-organization, and to establish an initial action plan. All coaching initiatives are organizational interventions, and we consider it essential to engage key organizational stakeholders at the outset around goals, expectations, and issues of confidentiality
we Work with leaders in an iterative process of feedback + self-awareness
Beginning during the assessment and especially during the 360 feedback phase we challenge our executive leaders to grow via the feedback we give on both their strengths and blind spots. (We view 360 feedback not as a blunt instrument for confrontation but as an opportunity to ally with the executive to promote learning and growth.) Our coaching sessions with clients then proceed by means of a continuous loop from daily experience to feedback to increased self-awareness. Our aim is to strengthen the leader’s confidence in his or her unique leadership identity as a powerful tool for moving the enterprise forward.
